1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Video Localizer platform (“Service”) operated by Wedia Corp (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Video Localizer is a video localization platform that provides: - AI-powered subtitle generation (transcription via ElevenLabs/WhisperX) - SDH subtitle enhancement (via Google Gemini AI) - Multi-language subtitle translation - Video title and description localization - YouTube caption and metadata upload via YouTube API Services - Subtitle quality assurance and review tools

3. Account and Access

• Access to the Service is by invitation only. Accounts are created by administrators.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with unauthorized individuals.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. YouTube API Services

Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using features that interact with YouTube, you also agree to: - YouTube Terms of Service - Google Privacy Policy - YouTube API Services Terms of Service - YouTube API Services Developer Policies

4.1 YouTube Channel Authorization

• You authorize our Service to access your YouTube channel via OAuth 2.0.
• We only perform actions you explicitly request (subtitle upload, metadata update).
• We do not modify your content without your approval.
• You can revoke access at any time via our platform or Google Security Settings.

4.2 Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your YouTube content.
• Translated subtitles and metadata generated by our Service are provided for your use.
• We do not claim ownership of generated translations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Upload malicious or inappropriate content through our platform - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service - Use the Service to violate YouTube’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines - Exceed authorized access or use the Service in a way that damages our infrastructure

6. AI-Generated Content

• Subtitles and translations are generated using artificial intelligence (ElevenLabs, Google Gemini).
• AI-generated content may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
• We provide quality validation tools, but final approval responsibility lies with the user.
• We are not liable for inaccurate translations or subtitles published to YouTube.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Third-party service outages (YouTube API, ElevenLabs, Google Gemini) may affect functionality.
• YouTube API daily quota limits may restrict the number of operations per day.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Data Protection

• We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We comply with GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).
• Data processing details, retention periods, and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Video Localizer platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Wedia Corp.
• Open-source components are used under their respective licenses.
• YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. - We are not responsible for actions taken by YouTube, Google, or other third-party services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wedia Corp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Content you upload or publish through the Service - Your violation of YouTube’s Terms of Service

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
